Returns & Exchange Policy

At MyChoice Kids Wear, we carefully check every product before dispatch. Please read our policy before ordering.

No Return / No Exchange

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or personal preference.
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Exchange for Damaged Products Only

• Exchange is allowed only if the product is received damaged.
• To claim an exchange, provide:
1. A continuous 360° unboxing video (without cuts).
2. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened.
• Claims without a proper video will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

• If the required product is out of stock, you may select another product of the same value.
• Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Exchange / Replacement Process

2. Provide Order Details:
• Order number & product name / screenshot
• Reason for exchange
3. Pack & Return via Indian Post:
• Pack securely in original packaging
• Ship back within 48 hours
4. Verification:
• We check if the product is unused and in saleable condition
• If used or not fresh, a ₹100 charge applies for return
